What you will find in HORIS

  • Attendance
  • Requests
  • Travel
  • On-call Availability
  • Assets
  • Core Reports
  • Approval Center
  • HR Chat (with the Talent Partner for profile search, persistent recruiter memory and shortlist)

How to orient yourself

  1. Check the active area inside the account menu.
  2. Open the Dashboard to reach the main entry point.
  3. Review your Professional profile and make sure your personal data, skills and experience are correct.
  4. Use only the modules that are consistent with your role.
  5. Open the module guide whenever you have doubts about a specific process.

Important rules

  • if you do not see a function, it is probably not enabled for your role
  • confirmations and warnings can appear as quick notifications in the top-right corner
  • for operational flows, always rely on the dedicated module guides

FAQ

I do not see the same menu entries as another colleague

That is expected. The menu changes based on your role and assigned permissions.

Can I use HORIS on mobile?

Yes, but more complex tasks such as reporting or large-volume data entry are easier from desktop.
