Purpose
This guide helps you understand how to start using HORIS after your first login.
Who should read this
- users invited into a tenant
- tenant administrators
- operational roles that need to orient themselves inside the workspace
Prerequisites
- you have received an email invitation or already active credentials
- you know which tenant you belong to
What you will find in HORIS
HORIS is organised into operational modules. The modules you see depend on your role.
Main modules can include:
- Dashboard
- Professional profile
- Timesheet
- Attendance
- Requests
- Travel
- On-call Availability
- Assets
- Core Reports
- Approval Center
- HR Chat (with the
Talent Partnerfor profile search, persistent recruiter memory and shortlist)
How to orient yourself
- Check the active area inside the account menu.
- Open the Dashboard to reach the main entry point.
- Review your Professional profile and make sure your personal data, skills and experience are correct.
- Use only the modules that are consistent with your role.
- Open the module guide whenever you have doubts about a specific process.
Important rules
- if you do not see a function, it is probably not enabled for your role
- confirmations and warnings can appear as quick notifications in the top-right corner
- for operational flows, always rely on the dedicated module guides

I do not see the same menu entries as another colleague
That is expected. The menu changes based on your role and assigned permissions.
Can I use HORIS on mobile?
Yes, but more complex tasks such as reporting or large-volume data entry are easier from desktop.
