Purpose

The tenant admin role governs the day-to-day operations of its company inside HORIS.

Who should read this

  • tenant company administrators
  • operational users who manage people, workflows and non-SaaS configurations

Required permissions

The role typically has access to the tenant modules with the highest operational impact:

  • Dashboard
  • tenant users and roles
  • projects and tasks
  • Approval Center
  • resource costs
  • validation rules
  • assets
  • tenant reports

What this role can do

  1. invite and manage tenant users
  2. assign or update allowed tenant roles
  3. manage projects, tasks and operational assignments
  4. control approvals and operational workflows
  5. review reports and tenant economic data according to plan permissions

What this role cannot do

  • administer the global SaaS platform
  • change platform-wide AI policies
  • manage global multi-tenant billing
  • access restricted data from other tenants

Main workflows

  1. open the dashboard and verify the active tenant area
  2. invite a new user or update an existing role
  3. verify activation or pending invitation status
  4. enable the user on the correct projects and processes
  5. use Approval Center and reporting for operational monitoring

Common errors

  • Invitation not received
  • cause: wrong email, email policy not configured, or provider delay
  • solution: verify the address, active template and use invitation resend
  • Function not visible
  • cause: the tenant does not have that module or the role does not allow it
  • solution: verify plan, role and active area
  • Limited access banner in reports or approvals
  • cause: the role can see the module but not all advanced actions
  • solution: use only authorised sections or involve the tenant owner
